I know the players....they have to show me and the fans.....what they did doesn't matter, they have to show me and the fans what they can do.

Will you adapt your style and tactics for the PL?

I cannot talk about my players and how they will play, if I don't feel it. They have to know me.

What are the most important qualities in a player?

A team mate....the reason why we're here is to make this club better. Not what the club can do for them, what they can do for the club, to make them better.

Indonesia: How would you describe the football you want to play...and what attracted you to the club?

You will see when we play the first game. I have to meet the players first. Speak with them, hug them, kick their arse!! Then after, I need time...I have to know them.

One of my dreams was to play here. Now, my dream has come true. The atmosphere is amazing. If I am able to be a good manager, I have to come here, I'm curious to learn for me and my family.

The people don't come to see me, they come to see the players.
