It was a brilliant insight into the man, the player, the manager.
What was evident and stood out for me, was a quote from a Catalan sports journalist who has wrote about Pep since he was in the Barca academy. He said:
"Pep doesn't try to buy the best players...he gets rid of the bad ones"
