Rags v City - Live Thread
So...round two and only 7/8 weeks into the season.
I think United will put out a very strong team tonight, on the other hand, with our injuries and the fact we've got WBA and Barca coming up, we'll probably include 4/5 new changes at least, to Sunday's team.
Willy
Maffeo, Vinny, Otamendi, Clichy
A. Garcia, Fernando, Gundogan
Navas, Kelechi, Nolito

My team is completely different, however, I can't see Pep making that many changes tonight.

Re: Rags v City - Live Thread
Just what are the chances....without anyone knowing, TLMLF's agent has apologised and he plays tonight?
Looking at the training sessions - the coaches are really encouraging him....if he was out of the team for good, would they bother?

If the tlmlf plays Pep will loose all credability, and I can't see that happening

Free hit tonight, they need it more, but a win would be really funny, being honest can't see it but you never know.

I've said it a few times on here, but I'd really like to see Sane as the 9 and Kelechi in behind as the 10....or Sergio as the 10.

Re: Rags v City - Live Thread
Guess we'll see, but would prefer Nolito wider to chase back, Sane as a target man and Kelechi just off him....but I think he'll probably play Nolito in the 10 with Sane wide left, but it gives us options to change it around.

3. KELECHI....said it before, he's never as good when he starts.

Re: Rags v City - Live Thread
Kelechi has been poor. Nolito's passing is bang average.
Fernando and Maffeo have done really well, so has Navas.
Garcia looks cool on the ball, some nice passing...Sane needs to get into the game more....
Would like to see Aguero on for Kelechi. Then see how things go...maybe Sterling for Nolito and at some point, Fernandinho for Garcia if he tires, but he's looked good so far.
We're just lacking a final ball/pass again. Kelechi has been wasteful and doesn't like to put himself about. He pulls out of 50-50 challenges when the balls there to win.

As has been said Kelchi is better coming on as a sub rather than starting.
He still has a lot to learn

Re: Rags v City - Live Thread
It's been coming....Kelechi again cant be arsed to win a header....Kolorov marking space.
Get Aguero on now if we want to win this.....it's great to see the kids, but 1-0 down, time to shift it back to us, Their tails are up and if we wait any longer - it could be 2-0 and game over before Pep gets a chance to make a change.

Kelechi staying on...he owes us a goal, as he's been as poor as the big conked one has been.
