Shit....he's just had a brilliant run and shot for a corner...he's got the ball from the corner and done the same again, this time into the top corner!!! What a player, what a squad we hve at U23 level, the football is superb.

I only caught a few minutes but we had a nice attack with some good speed. Most of these U23s are about 20 ish so we've got a lot to look forwards to.

Spurs.....cheating fuckers. Spurs player down in the box, so a City defender passed the ball into touch for a corner. Did Spurs make any effort to pass it back??? Nope...took the corner as normal, even under protest!

The refs a bellend.

He blocked off a City player for their goal and didn't make the Spurs players give the ball back....plus he's just missed a knee scrape by a Spurs defender on Fernandes!!

2-2...absolutely shit defending by the RB...but looks like it was a clear hand ball to tap it in. Gunn laughs like he can't believe it's been given.

He was good for 15 mins....nowhere near as good as Paolo Fernandes has been. Gunn has gotten MOM....City could have and should have scored 5 within 15 mins of the restart....poor finishing.

Think Davies has fucked this up. City cruising, then since he made the first 2 subs, Spurs have dominated the MF and scored 2. 2 mins left for a winner....

The kid did really well....but he never had anywhere near the impact or touches that Fernandes did.

Gunn did well....made some great double saves....but it looks like the ref has gifted Spurs a point. Still, we had at least 10 chances in that second half and should have scored half of them. As I said, the game swung after what must have been 85% possession for City, when Simon Davies the 2 subs....suddenly, Spurs took control of the MF until Diaz came on and then it was all City.

Not quite sure we can blame them. Their first goal came from the ref blocking a MF player as he went into a tackle, which then led to a simple cross to the back post for a Spurs player.

Their 2nd looked a little laughable. Even from behind, it looked like he hand-balled it in...and he didn't even celebrate until the ref blew for a goal and Gunn was just laughing and shaking his head.....but we had far too many chances to close the game out after the break.

The team before the subs, looked very exciting - a couple of the subs, Kongola etc, with the exception of Diaz, looked lost and were too greedy.

I think Diaz is still only 17. I've been excited over our kids for a few years now. i think most of us really really want someone to come through and make it

I think Diaz, Maffeo, Garcia and Fernandes have a big future.

Yoyo needs to be given a chance....we may not need to buy another CB.

I said earlier, that's the problem for us. Yoyo won't be given the chance unless we have a catastrophic run of injuries and suspensions.
