level was poor.

And the story appears incorrect. Chris Gayle may have scored 175 in a T20 match, but that can't be the record that this kid broke because a Sri Lankan fella scored 277 in the Saddleworth League a few years back.

The Beeb had a better write up a couple of days ago. But, whatever the level of competition, he still had to score the runs.

300 in 72 balls at any level...is some achievement.

My youngest's other mate (not the footballer), is now in Mumbai playing for Lancashire on tour at 17. He's gonna be a first team regular in the next 2 years.

Yep, they have several others as well. My oldest's mate is playing for Sale Sharks... affraid

It's the school....they have produced Rowing Silver medallists, Ben Foden went there as well! They have a great Sports ethos at the school. My youngest is studying to be a Sports Physiotherapist....not the money these lot will make!
