Tonights Game

Well its finally here. After all these years it still feels slightly surreal that we are in the Champions League. We have come so far, in such a short time and i for one am feeling giddy about tonights game. Just hearing the music blast around the stadium will give me goosebumps and with the team we now have, we should fear no one and go out and play like we have so far this season.

Going in to town pre match, should be plenty of Napoli fans knocking about and i'm sure they will contribute to a great atmosphere.

Can't wait, come on City.

just told the wife that i am 'unavailable' tonight to help with the kids or ANYTHING else as I am watching the match.

Looks like we can't sell out the 45,000 tickets as I have just got another text offering me tickets. If I could get there, I'd be there too. Well jealous of you BWTAC.

There are a few tickets left, but i'm sure they have taken away the front two rows, to accomodate the new advertising hoardings, so capacity will be lower anyway.

Anyone know if City square are selling beer before the match?

Isn't there an alcahol exclusion zone for CL games, so no booze in or around the ground? Not sure PPLF, best to get in a boozer if you fancy a swift one.

im sure I read that city square has booze on sale, as the stadium is booze free. think it was on the MCFC twitter feed.

It might as well be booze free for every match seeing the queue's you have to put up with for a pint of shite.

I was eight years old when my mates dad took us to a European cup match. This will be my next one. Excited doesn't even come close to describing it.

This is 1 of my rare forages to the COMS tonight and i can't wait, it's only 4.15 and i'm buzzin already. Meeting my mate in town at 6.30ish so we can get a cheeky pint or 2, although the may be tricky if the above posts are anything to go by.
