Foden, Zinchenko, Diaz on the bench with Yoyo, Walker, Fernandinho.

4 kids on the bench, so I'm guessing we'll see at least 2 of them play.

Hope your'e right. To me its the missing peice in the puzzle. He dosent have to set the world on fire just do a half decent job & suddenly Pep has a decent rotation option for both full backs because Sane just doesnt cut it in that position defensively.

Give the jurnos a run for their money with full updates. Is it easy to post photos from your phone?

Think we can see one thing....Delph is not a natural LB....he looks very shaky on the ball.

Re: WBA v City - Live Thread
I know the goal was disallowed because of the foul, but is Bravo the worst shot stopper in the PL or am I being unfair to the lad?

The B team is not too shabby there should be at least 3-0 if not for Foster

Sterling is the best player on the pitch.

Re: WBA v City - Live Thread
He's got as much pace at LB as Kolorov!
He grew into the game, but up against anyone who might be quick, as per his yellow card, he'll get slaughtered.
Sterling dug him out of trouble as well.

Re: WBA v City - Live Thread
Delph has grown into it, he was a bit shaky first 10 minutes or so, migth be having Mangala inside him.Mangala's touch and first 3 yards and weight of pass are all off. maybe a couple of games to get them in.
Didn't get a replay of the tackle on Sterling quite early heading into their box, looked nailed on yellow to me at first glance but havent seen a replay. Bernado taken out a couple of times no free kick, we are getting a bit frustrated with the ref.

City fans in good voice though....
Was it a "stand anywhere you like" on entry?

Yeah, I thought that looked like a pull back on Sterling...but no replay.Moonchester wrote:Delph has grown into it, he was a bit shaky first 10 minutes or so, migth be having Mangala inside him.Mangala's touch and first 3 yards and weight of pass are all off. maybe a couple of games to get them in.

Re: WBA v City - Live Thread
not the pull back round the neck, that was separate, I was thinking one 5 minutes after the goal looked like a potential leg-breaker sliding in...

Re: WBA v City - Live Thread
He's not played in a while & it's not exactly his natural position so hoping Delph will grow into it
