Team vs Fulham

I'm away in Holland tonight and tomorrow - but I think this is what we should go with, looking at Fulham and how they have set up recently:

Richards
Kompany
Lescott
Clichy

Zaba
Barry
Milner
Johnson

Silva

Aguero

My thinking is this - Nasri, maybe on the bench to give him some impetus to pull his finger out.

Johnson needs some game time...playing down the left wing.

Milner down the right wing

Zaba cover for Micah's marauding runs down the right and gives 100% until the death.

Johnson can be assisted by Clichy on the left.

Barry sits with Zaba if needed.

Silva behind Aguero.

This system gives us width and skill inside.

We can easily change the system by bringing on Nasri for Zaba and sit 1 in front of the back 4, pushing more forward or Dzeko for Zaba and utilising the width if needed to supply crosses for Dzeko from Milner and Johnson - but play Johnson on the left, not the right.

Thoughts?

Whatever we do we need to do something different, Teams have sussed us out.I would agree with giving Zabba & Johnson a chance but knowing Bobby he will put in the twot Kolarov instead. Maybe he will put Pizzaro straight in as well

I hate to say it but the cnut Tevez is exactly what we need up front at the moment

Mancini will probably start with Dzeko though blue. I'm actually giving up on predicting his teams now, coz they're bound to be wrong. No idea what he's thinking anymore.

I'd love us to play wide. We keep playing so very narrow of late, I can't understand it. We've done nothing with that policy. Let's stretch their back four as far as possible and give them a hiding.

But for the love of god, please don't go in 2-0 up at half time!!

If it's blatantly not working, and Dzeko is standing in Aguero's way again and fluffing his lines, I'd swap him out for Nasri

I dont expect Fulham to defend on their own 6 yard box like everton, but 1 up front and a packed midfield is to be expected. As lee says, use the wide men and get the full backs pushed right up. We have a chance to redeem ourselves and put pressure on the rags v chavs. Time for them to show us what their made of, i expect 5, fulham are shit...........until they play us. They lost to 10 man blackburn ffs

It's true Fulham are poor away from home, but they will look to how they played at home to us to come back from 2-0 down to draw. Maybe that (hopefully) misplaced belief that they can get something from the game will bring them out and open themselves up to our attack.
With our 100% record at home, !! yes!! let's not forget that, we should bounce back with a good win, and after Mancini's lack of prep fiasco, he'll have the boys drilled and confident of a good display and result.
Chelsea to win as well will make it service resumed, and one game closer to YaYa coming back and the title.
