So I am guessing that he won't apologize because obviously he has nothing to apologize for according to Kia Jizbum! And he really came back to avoid further fines and damage to his reputation, put himself on shelf and avoid playing for Mancini by slagging him off...

Well, if he has yet to fully comprehend, then his agent will be instructing him soon, that the only way forward is to keep his head down, say the right things, then KIA will get his big fat p€rc€ntage in the summer, and Tevez can fuck off out of Manchester for good!
Tevez is at a crossroads in his career, which is hanging in the balance at the moment, he either acts all contrite and humble to the media, the fans and resurrects his career, or he continues being a cunt, throws it down the pan by becoming a pariah that no team will be willing to take chance on for £25million
If he does try to destabilise the dressing room, as some people have suggested, Mancini will has him banned from the club ASAP. I really don't see this going any other way than his advisor has suggested it will go.
Fans complain about mercenary players, well, it can work both ways, we all know the majority want Tevez to fuck off and go, but if we can use him to our advantage to win the title, and then get rid in the summer, I have no problem with that! Like I've already said, Tevez ain't the sharpest tool in the box, but he gives 100% on the field, it's the only way he knows how to play.
