Torres to leave chelsea?
I'd have him here like a shot. he looks like he is getting a bit better again and he'd be cheap (compared to what chelsea paid), maybe even £15M or so.
It's a bit of a punt, but we are likely to lose Tevez in the summer and maybe Dzeko as well.
It will also depend on our other targets (Ronaldo and Cavanni).

Can't see Chelsea selling to us for £15m, probably be nearer £30m Dawg. He's not for me but him and Aguero up top may well work, he's got to come good again sometime.

Re: Torres to leave chelsea?
there was talk of him being available for £20M in January.
Roman just doesn't care about money at all, hiring and firing managers at will and paying tons in compensation. How much did AVB set him back? Over £20M.
when he decides he doesn't want anyone, he just gets shot.

If we picked him up for £15m, he'd be our least expensive striker
Which might take the weight of that price tag off his shoulders and free him up to become the player he used to be. But we'd have to insist he didn't cut his hair short again, that seemed to coincide with his dip in form with Liverpool.

I thought the same Leo - regarding the short hair cut - its probably the Sampson and Delilah syndrome - but why would anyone think he'll ever regain his form. Lost it at Liverpool and hasn't been the same guy since his injury.

I'd have a punt on him, I do think Sergio plays better as part of a front two, and a triangle of Silva-Torres-Aguero would be pretty exciting.
