Just to let you all know, all went well with the birth today. Baby Isabella is looking for a middle name as unfortunately even though Mummy liked Vincent, that was of course subject to certain 'conditions'. 
Any suggestions that might fly while leaving me intact?

Here's a thought: Vincenza. It's Italian, female form of Vincenzo (which in turn is Italian for Vincent). Although it might clash with Isabella a smidgeon.
