I miss the Cape Verde blog

I really do miss hearing about Blueboy's mishaps in the land of sunshine and sandy beaches.

And no internet.

 ....well, I'm off to Estonia next weekend for 7 days, if the client ever pays...they are already 5 days late!

So watch this space. The way this one's going, could be CV all over again!!! 

Pissed off, been up for 24 hours and finally got taken to the hotel last Sunday morning....thought a walk on the beach would cheer me up....nope, I was still knackered!

As I said....that was taken after being up all day Saturday, after spending 6 hours in the airport Sunday morning after we diverted with engine trouble, a hike to a hotel 20 minutes away, waiting in a queue to get a room with 200 other people for over an hour, only to be told "no more rooms"...and another 20 minute hike to the next hotel.....and this picture was taken at 09:00 on the Sunday morning, no suitcases, no clothes, still in my jeans and t-shirt, 32 degree heat....and you wanted me to smile?

       

At least the beach was empty.
