He won't come to City - no chance. We'd take him, and could afford him, but he won't come.

So....if you look at United's strikers:

Rooney - £300k pw
RVP - £290k pw
Falcao - £390k pw

£1m per week in wages...then add £500k pw for Ronaldo?

Even if they sold RVP....that's still over £1m on wages for 3 players.

Plus £60m to buy him....

PSG? Can they afford him under FFP?

Think he's a player on the downward spiral now...we should steer clear IMO.

By the time his contract is up, how long will he have left at the top level?

Utd can afford him especially if they get back in the CL. Falcao is unlikely to stay after this season if Real come calling.

Despite wanting to, I don't think Utd can afford hi....unless the decide not to buy Falcao.

Depending on how this season goes, would determine whether we should go after him imo. If we don't win the league, then we should try and get him but if we win it we don't need to shell out that kind of money.
