Next 6 games

Season defining for me and every one of them difficult

Swansea H
B Munich H
Southampton A
Sunderland A
Everton H
Roma A

Pellegrini needs to sort the lethargy out running throughout the squad.
Every side we play works harder than we do,we were promised this hard working pressing game and 4-3-3 throughout the club from academy through to first team,where's that gone? What's happened to our passing,it's simply gone to pot,I've never seen a team give the ball away as cheaply as we do and show so little effort in wanting to get it back.

I don't fancy us strongly in any of those games,Swansea are playing really well and in much better form than we are,Munich even if they put out a reserve team I would expect to beat us,southampton will be embarrasing,Sunderland you can put your house on a 1-0 loss,everton have a better record at the etihad than anyone and Roma away could be carnage

And I'm an optimist

Any of those teams that really gets at us will most likely beat us. Think QPR's effort with better players and more clinical finishing. If we don't beat Swansea, I can see the start of the nightmare that should finish off Pellegrini (he should be finished already).

Hang on...  How can we have a season defining set of games in November?  Surely it's too soon to start contemplating defeat?

The CL is still not a given as the results haven't been brilliant for anyone bar Bayern (who are already group champions).  We could lose to Bayern and still mathematically get out of the group if Roma and CSKA draw (although it does rather rely on us beating Roma away and Bayern wanting a clean sweep.)

Swansea, Sunderland and Everton have been very variable.  The only tough match I see here is Southampton.

Granted, on current form, I'd be inclined to think we'll lose all of them, in which case I'd think someone will be on the blower to another manager somewhere...

Tbh, the only league game i see as difficult is Soton away. We should beat Swansea at home and as for
Sunderland away, ok we can all see a 1-0 defeat up there as per, but surely to god that result's got to change for the better this season. Everton at home, we're on a roll against them lot.....easy 3pts

As for the CL, it will be typical of City to slap Bayern...although i do admit we could conceivably get slapped too. As for the Roma game, i think that wholly depends on the Bayern result....if we can get through with a win, we'll win.

Got to stay optimistic.

Southampton have lost to every team they have played from last seasons top 7/8..
they have just been clinical in beating all the teams from below that.

Basically, any quality beats them.

Have to say that I am not confident for any of those games
unless we magically suddenly turn a corner

yes. we did just about make the top 8 last year.
