They're finding they don't have the financial pulling power they were used to. They can't compete at the top end of the transfer market because they can't pull in the sponsorship deals that Utd or Real Madrid can.

Yeah, lots of good stuff. Changing the penalty rule isn't a good idea. Samuels is bang on there.
