Team v Rags
For the 1st time in what seems like ages, we'll be going into this game as underdogs....but there's nothing more frightening than facing a wounded animal. We certainly have the players to get the result to get us back above the dark side, so lads n lasses what team/formation do you think MP will start with over in Stretford?

I'd go with that team using Nasri and Milner on opposite sides.

It's the new 4-4-2....come on, get with it Shaken! A Manuel Masterclass from a tactical genius.

Oh right. I'm just a tad concerned at our lack of width that's all

The width is provided by the 2 behind the strikers and the full backs.

Not looking forward to this game at all. Timing is dreadful coming off such a disappointing Palace result. Hope I see some confidence and determination out there on Sunday.

Doubt it...the manager couldn't muster a fart, never mind a motivational speech - that's why we've been so poor.

Re: Team v Rags
He shouldn't need to muster anything, it's a flipping derby! The players must surely get that we want something more than the abject performances we've had of late.
They better had do, at any rate. I've finally managed to bag a ticket and I don't want to have to sit amongst that much scum and watch shite...

Re: Team v Rags
Sadly....you may have to.
I can see this as 'the' final nail in the coffin performance that defines everything about this season and the manager.
TBF...even a win, though great for bragging rights, will only mask over how shit he and the players have been.
We can go to places like Palace, Burnley etc and get beat, but win at the swamp?
I'll cheer us on like the rest, but it'll mean nothing for me other than 3 points that may safely get us CL football, rather than what it's been the past 3 seasons.

Re: Team v Rags
I'd put £50 on it now he'll play 4-4-2.
He's a stubborn fucker and if he already knows he's going, why change 'his' tactical Tourette's?
If he plays the lazy Bosnian, he can fuck right off in Sunday night for me.
We all know TLMLF will play and he'll stick with the useless twat who can't beat a player over someone who'll work his bollocks off. As for Nasri, he's obviously not has pragmatic as we like to think, as at the first sign of a player being pissed off for being dropped, he's then dropped for the next month!!!
It'll be nothing short of a car crash unless the skipper rallies the troops and fires them up...as the manager couldn't wind up fuck all. Except the fans!

I was watching the old fa cup semi last night v uniturd. going into that game we hadn't won in 4 away games or scored in any of the previous 4 since a deflected dzeko shot went in of silva. An omen eh!!! we all know how it turned out. (straws & clutching time)
