Pretty impressive....and to think Sheikh Mansour could easily take this over if Dubai don't repay their $20b loan, which was re-financed down from 4% to 1%, then again last year-the loan due date was extended until 2018...which was originally due this year.

Dubai's overall total debt has now increased to close to $140b...and with oil prices slashed by 50% over the past 6 months, where are they going to get the money from to not only service the debt to Abu Dhabi, but the debt to everyone else?
