£27M for a player and we can't get a visa for him!!!

Likely to cost us £27M as we had to stump up more money than his buy out clause (which was for Barca, Madrid, Bayern, Utd, and PSG).
But the kid is only 19 and hasn't even played for Brazil yet so we'll not get a visa anytime soon. Talk of him not being available until at least 2018, and that's if he starts playing for Brazil regularly!!!!
Maybe he could be loaned out to a Portuguese club to get a Portuguese passport, but that will probably take a couple of years too.
