Can we clear this up???

I watched a few sports channels talking about the game yesterday.....and several of them claim that it should have been a penalty at both ends, that weren't given. One on Sterling (absolutely), but the one on Mane from Otamendi..... I'm sorry, but no way was that a penalty. Mane swung his leg back a kicked Otamendi.

Thoughts?

no penalty. mane kicked otamendi. simple as. it wasn't otamendi moving his leg towards mane but the other way around. In fact, Mane dived afterwards too to get a penalty.

At the other end, Klaven (I think) was holding Aguero just before Milner upended Sterling. At the time, I thought Oliver was looking right at that incident and he did nothing as it would have meant sending Klaven off and giving a penalty.

I haven't watched the game yet but watching that clip how can Oliver not give that sterling was taken out by a lunge
