Foden to play in the new year?

#PEP: Foden was the best player at the u17 World Cup. He is involved with us, training with us. He won't move this season, no loan in January because we feel we need him and he is going to play. We feel he has the skills needed and hopefully he can help us.

Next round of the whatever-it's-called-this-week cup, then

I seriously expect him to play. I honestly cannot see why won't be playing, or even starting, the remaining CL games. That's not bad for the lad this side of Christmas and I can see Pep targeting a game over the festive period to give him a game.

Bournemouth on the 23rd December or Watford on 2nd January. Both home games hen we've got quite a few games.

Would really like him to be on the bench to come on this weekend if we get a couple of goal cushion..
he needs a chance,,, but then he needs to take it..

could be outside chance of world cup squad if he can get in and stake a claim before the end of this season??

given the dross we rolled out last weekend, I can't see why not..  :p

There’s no big noise for him like there was for Rashfird last season. And it’s a more risky position playing MF
