Secondly, how the hell do PSG operate within the FFP regulations when paying thesort of fees like this Neymar and Mbappe?

Yes Coutinho  it was in the BBC Gossip column yesterday, i know its probably only a rumour but i would like to know how PSG could get away with yet another massive signing if true

I don't think they can. They had to offload to pay the fee for Mbappe after his loan last season. They only just scraped in so unless  a swap with Neymar is on the cards or Real buy Neymar or mbappe on the strength of selling CR7 to juventus. That appears the only way to free up funds. The other point is the fact I thought you could only play for 2 clubs in a calendar year. Coutinho has played for Liverpool & Barca which surely means he couldn't turn out for PSG until January. Unless that rule has been changed.
