Can't see him winning POTY with the VVD love in. But it would be really funny if he has a storming end to the season and contributes massively to a treble and leads England to Nations League success this summer and picks up the Ballon D'or!!!

good to see the doubters not just on here but on all fans forums, in the media etc having to eat some humble pie. It is those pool fans who said we have overpaid and at least they still kept the better player in Jordan Ibe who must be feeling it?

If he was still in a red shirt they would've handed him the POTY trophy already. No City player will ever win that award in the foreseeable future.

You can just see by the amounts of honours/awards or rather, lack of, that the likes of Sergio Aguero and David Silva have won over the years since they have been at City.
There is either a bias against City players or in favour of the big 3 London clubs along with man u and Liverpool, take your pick.
I'll be pleasantly surprised if Sterling or ANY City player wins the POTY even if we retain the PL title.

well Gundo has proven, that when he stays fit, and gets a good run of games he is the player we bought...

I'll hold my hands up - Bernardo has gone to another level I didn't think he'd reach.

As for Gundogan...I wouldn't go that far. He's great when given all the time in the world by teams that sit back...against any teams who press us, he moves like he's running in treacle and can't tackle.
