Yaya and Kolo Told They Must Report on Saturday
The Ivory Coast Manager says they must report by the FIFA deadline....now for me both the 2011 African Player of the Year and their Captain (Kolo) will surely be in the squad....and is there any need for a 2 week training camp for both players who are currently half-way through a season? What difference is there in them joining up on Sunday, rather than Saturday?
Sounds like this manager is a bit of a prick! They can jump on a private jet immediately after the game?
13:00 kick-off means they can board a jet a Manchester Airport and be in Abu Dhabi by 23:00L time....and the thought that they are training in our owners country as well!! Cheeky bastard. The Sheikh should have a word in his shell-like.

It's up to FIFA to sort this out, really. The manager has the right to insist on the players he wants in his team and we know the risks of employing African players.
Maybe if our national team could be stroppy about it and insist on players turning up for training, perhaps they'd do better in International competition.
