I can only go to a few matches a year (yeah, fucking plastic) and try to take my kids so we sit in the 'family area'

i will be going to a couple of home matches in february, porto and blackburn (assuming they aren't sell outs).

where would be a good place to sit without the kids as they won't be coming on this trip.

Porto won't be a sell-out. I expect it to have a lower turnout than Timisoara. So for that I'd push for row A on level 2 on either the East or West stands as these afford the best view by a healthy margin.

The Blackburn game is likely to be pretty full, though, so I think you'll be stuck with level 3 or maybe one of the front rows on the bottom level. I'd go with level 3 as the front rows of the first level are below pitch level and the view is pretty crap.

I always go for a seat next to an aisle after 4 or 5 beers with my waterworks I'm up and down like a yoyo.
