Do they honestly deem, a minute's lateness onto a pitch 3 times (it was 30,000 euros) as bad as racial chanting.

Can City not appeal and ask them to compare the 2 cases? As i've said in the past though, fines for top European/PL team just doesn't work anyway, bans and points deductions would.......not that i want City banned or anything .
