Excellent!  Watching him sledging the last penalty taker as well, "I know where this is going" and he did.  Brilliant

I think he was pointing out that he thought he'd do a panenka as two other Roma players had already done. It seemed to put him off.

Well, whatever he did, it worked a treat.  The guy's face was a picture when he realised Joe had got into his head and made him make a complete mess of it.

It was also good to see Joe's desire for us to win come so far to the surface he was even willing to do the honours in the shootout.  Good lad!

Not sure I approve of sledging, but then penalties are largely stacked against the keeper...

I'm not sure it would be as good as sledging just saying he knows where the pen is going..
hardly a cricketer giving it the whole mother treatment..

I'd have said sledging is any method used to gain a psychological advantage, but then that's just me.

Definite sledging....and well done Joe. Especially as they were trying to take the piss.
