Can't see it happening. They are trying to establish City as a brand so they'll want the blue shirts.

I'd go red and black and give the proceeds to charity. Sentimentality + goodwill > Marketing.

its probably not going to happen but I feel a lot of fans would like the red and black football strip as our strip of choice for the final.



Indeed I would go further, what we would like is a brand new red and black shirt with sponsorship included but also with a cancer charity included. It would be a one off shirt, for the final only, and all proceeds of sales to the fans would go to this charity. I think the fans would love this as a permenant reminder of such a great player and also be in keeping with the family atmosphere the club continues to foster.
