New Kit On-Sale....in Australia??

Apparently a guy from Oldham spotted the new shirts in a sports shop in Queensland completee with all the right labels and tags and he took a photo and sent it to the Etihad and the MEN. The paper contatced the club who refused to comment.

There was supposed to be a big launch later in the summer so this is seen as something of an embarrassment for the club.

the telegraph or guardian had this shirt a few weeks back and most seemed to hope that this wouldn't be the shirt.

who knows, it could easily be a fake copy of a hoax!

It'll be a Sweat Factory copy from Bangkok's Patpong market!!

Can't work out why they need all this secrecy? Just show us the design.

Or are they that worried about fakes before the official launch.

If they are fakes then somebody at Umbro must have leaked the design.

I thought you could only get the city kit through the city store or approved outlets. The store in question in Queensland is a national sports retailer but i am suprised to hear it is selling city shirts. That is a first for Australia. I have only ever seen 1 legitimate city shirt here and that was the away shirt we wore in the old div 3 playoff final which the missus got me for xmas that year.

I do hope the new shirt being shown is a fake because I really am not that fussed about it, Mind you the photo makes it look like a washed out blue, and the black collar looks almost brown.

Either that or my eyesight is failing!!!!

There was a photo of Kolarov wearing the new blue with black collar combo, so I guess it's the real one

By a player who looks like he will be sold? hmmm...

The shirt that kolarov is wearing looks a darn sight better than the one in the queensland shop photo.
