I would imagine Spuds will have a massive protest. Harry has done better than any1 else could. Top 6 3 years running !
Typical tight arse yiddos though. I mean I know Harry is THE biggest mercenary but they should have paid him whatever he wanted within reason. Bale Modric & VDV will deffo be off & Spuds will be in freefall

Bet they go for Martinez

where will harry go now? the 'best' premier jobs have gone (liverpool and chelsea). unless ferguson croaks or bobby goes to italy, there isn't a great job left in the premier league.

maybe he can go back to portsmouth...

When I saw his press conference on the telly the other day, vehemently denying he was leaving, I thought, "Hmm, he'll be gone by the end of the week."

I believe Everton might be looking for a new manager!!

I'm sure the "tax evasion" public spectacle didn't please Levy - even though 'Arry has done a decent job in the last 3 years.

levy has stitched harry up like a kipper. after harry's new agent, paul stretford, got involved, there was talk of harry going to chelsea but that looks like it was pure gobshite.

harry gets the boot after the liverpool and chelsea jobs are taken. harry wants to stay south east so where can he go now? can't see him being happy in the championship

I think Levy sat on Redknapp waiting for the FA to come knocking and pay him some compo...

when that didn't happen he's washed his hands of the whole tax evasion debacle.

harry played a bad hand. he didn't take the long contract in feb expecting the FA to come calling. a 4 year contract is big compo for the FA to pay and i guess harry thought that may scare them off.

then, when the FA look elsewehere, harry asks for that long contract again and uses the media to try and put pressure on levy.

as one paper said, rooney going to city put the frighteners on utd and they paid up. stretford tried the same tactic on levy but harry didn't have the same bargaining power.

levy kicks harry into touch. sweet.

I'm sure Harry was dealing under the table (so to speak) being devious, trying to play one camp off against the other, when he should have just concentrated on his job, but he royally screwed it up, from title challenging to plummeting like a rock down the table, Bye, Bye Modric and Bale, unless they get a big name manager, they'll be gone by next season

I can't say I'm unhappy about all this. The amount of crap 'Arry has been spouting in the press this season, pushing his two penn'orth into every aspect of the game, making himself out as the all seeing oracle of the Premier League.

So to see him miss out on one plum job (to a man who is more qualified at International level anyway, regardless of what the press would have us believe - and probably fuelled by old wobble chops in the first place) and then get booted out of another feels like justice does indeed work.

As Confucius might possibly have said, "Karma is a bitch".
