NDJ to Milan?
"The player has already agreed to terms and the only thing remaining is an official statement. Financial terms will be updated once released. "
Any truth out there?

Bewar3them00n,
I think you need to turn Twitter off before you cause some damage.

Re: NDJ to Milan?
NDJ can't possibly go for £3M. more like £7M-£8M. if bobby doesn't want him, then he'll be off the wage book at whatever price

Re: NDJ to Milan?
I'd be guttted to lose NDJ !
We definitely need him in Europe looking at the most difficult CL draw ever fro an English club

Re: NDJ to Milan?
Well big Nige has gone to AC.
Surely a replacement coming in? Rodwell and Barry are the only guys we have in that position. (Which is pretty important as it was our plan B a lot of last season as it allowed Yaya some freedom)

Re: NDJ to Milan?
joe,
why would we need another one, if as you've stated we've already got 2 for that position?

Re: NDJ to Milan?
Shaken,
Do you think Rodwell is up to scratch yet? And Barry is 31 now? Or is he 32? I just think why sell someone we used on a consistent basis last season, unless we have someone coming in.

Re: NDJ to Milan?
To be honest joe i really think we'd only miss NDJ in the European away games, so i'm not that naffed he's gone. As his replacements go, Rodwell has had enough PL experience now to know what's required and imo GB will do a decent enough job in Europe (we'll probably play 5 across the middle anyway). I've no doubt Yaya will be at the side of either of them all the time, plus Nasri and Silva can always drop into the middle if needs be......especially when Sinclair is pushed out wide.

Announced on BBC now, shame but used as a bit player and he was never going to get what he wanted because of the Kia Ora influence.

Re: NDJ to Milan?
The players seem genuinely gutted big Nige has gone....
@JoleonLescott
Gutted to see @NDJ_Official leave, not just a great player but a massive personality in the dressing room.
@VincentKompany
@NDJ_Official Sad to see my brother in arms leave the club. He has been part of a successful era at MCFC. Nigel, I wish you good luck!
I remember when we won the FA Cup and we had the dressing room cam, he looks like he was a huge personality and great to have a round.
Good luck Nige, you will be missed.

Re: NDJ to Milan?
Really stupid decision ! And for 3.5 million euros WTF !!!!
Im just hoping that a deal has been done with Milan which means we get one of theirs for a paltry fee !

Re: NDJ to Milan?
i would rather have kept him rather than let him go so cheaply.
maybe it was to get his wages off the books whilst we get someone else in cheaper. are there any better than NDJ though?

Re: NDJ to Milan?
Apparently he's going to be on £120k! At Inter.
If as many are saying, Garcia signs, mwont he be better if we already have Rodwell?

Re: NDJ to Milan?
Finally rid of Roque, and not a loan deal. Phew!
He's now on £600,000 a year basic. Big drop! Just Wayne to go now.
