Tevez, I don't mind leaving as we get some money, get him off the wage bill and I am sure we have someone else lined up. It isn't great to lose maybe 3 strikers in 6 months that are used to the prem league, but so be it.

There's also talk of Micah Richards to Arsenal, which wouldn't be a bad shout for Arsenal. Richards is already 2nd choice RB for us and shifting Zabba is well nigh on impossible for him. Playing CB looks tough with Kompany and Nasty (unless Kompany leaves for Barca).

Does Richards, at 24, want to be a cover player and miss the chance to go to Brazil for the World Cup Finals (assuming England actually get there)?

Reluctantly, I'd let him go as he is still one link with the past for us fans. What's he worth? 2 years back people were talking £20M. I don't that's the case anymore but surely he's still £12M+ if you look at what others are priced up for (Dawson was £8M-£9M to join QPR in the summer) and Samba was £12M.
