He doesn't complain that there aren't enough English managers in the premiership. Nor that there aren't enough English players in the premier league. Nor that there aren't enough players of Asian origin playing in our 4 leagues.

Why is it that this guy seems only to be pushing the black agenda?

Don't they need coaching badges & qualifications? or does the colour of ones skin now act as a criterion for job seekers suitability.

they do and do, the problems are the highest positioned black manages have been Paul Ince and John Barnes (and Hope Powell)... not really setting the world alight.

Chris Hughton is mixed race, does this not count? or can fifa only see black or white, so to speak.

The one I'm surprised is lack of asian players in the UK, I remember there used to be a whole load who would have a kick about on a field nearby when I was 17/18 I used to go and join in the games.. I think that is a biiiig market that will be tapped into soon throughout the UK..

Surely racial 'discrimination' of this kind soon will mean a white manager cannot get the job because a club has to meet some FIFA quota for diversity..

I don't think the colour of somebody skin should have any bearing on this, either they are the best for the job or they are not regardless.. same would go for religion, sexual orientation, age, sex, or anything else you can be discriminated against for..
