Waste of time - he probably gets paid that in just one day.

Why not forget about fines and put some proper punishment in place like touchline bans, stadium bans (I always like them) and even points deduction/

Points deductions. It's the only thing that hits the clubs where it hurts. If Liverpool had been deducted three points, they'd be out of the CL places, and 6 points would mean out of Europe altogether.
