At least the Spain boss is no clown

No place for Mata in Spain's final squad before their WC squad is announced. Places for Silva, Navas and Negredo.

 

Serves him right for going there!  I know he moved to get the game time he wasn't going to find at Chelsea, but going there was just stupid.  He can't appear in the CL any more this season, even if the rags do manage to beat the mighty Greeks, and his input into the league is going to be minimal at best when he's scrapping for turf with Rooney and surrounded by dead weights and wantaways.

Seriously, he'd have been better off signing for Spurs.  At the very least, he'd have been in Europe.  And he would be more likely to get CL football next season there.

I think he was thinking he'd be the next RVP, the man to save the rags.  No chance.  Even RVP couldn't save that mess.
