Boss Leaving?

not really what happens on deadline day normally..  :p

Fair play to him bringing all speculation to an end. Now lets hope he can go out with a bang & the players all play their hearts out for him & also they may need those performances to convince the incoming boss they are worth their place.

Well the club website is down, but confirmed via media and City on twitter, confirmed Pep is coming and of the season, 3 year deal.

Pellegrini decided to make it public and he has had full knowledge of it all.

It was all coming out anyway. Mrs Pep visiting St. Bedes, news leaking in China that he'll lead our pre season tour of that country.

Will probably help in recruiting players as they know that he'll be coming when they deal with us.

Rumour has it the announcement was made today to impress a potential last minute signing in this window

there is only Isco who was bening banded about, but Ziadane is playing him again so probable non-starter..
unless Messi decides he is up for it..  ))

I think it will make a major impact. There will be players talking to a few clubs about summer moves. We may have been their 2nd or 3rd choice without them knowing if Pep was coming or not. We may now be their number 1 choice.

John Stones, Would you rather play for Bobby Martinez, who knows at Chelsea, LvG or Wenger who may be going soon. Or would you rather play for Pep at the club with the best chance of winning domestic and European honours for the next three years???

Think Wenger was waiting for Messi mooney at ten to six  I believe he was going to get a knock on the door.

What makes me piss myself is the way loads of people are now saying that MP doesn't deserve to go, and that we are dumping a great manager.
Are these the same people that have been saying all season that we aren't good enough to win the CL and that we aren't a club moving forward?
