Re: England's Joe Hart
I think he was more to blame for the ist goal, Walcott moved out of the way for the 2nd.
Re: England's Joe Hart
can't blame him for the wall parting like the red sea.
the free kick is a toughie because goalies are always caught in two minds - but he should have gambled and done something.

Re: England's Joe Hart
I'd say his distribution was 10 times better today than it usually is for City - I'd also say he's got a better defence in front of him when he plays for us.
Re: England's Joe Hart
According to that tosser Alan Green he was completely to blame, well him and Milner. I fkin hate that bloke.
Lets see what the morning brings and I bet you know the media that have built him up will crucify him.

Hart to blame for both goals
1st one he was far too slow. 2nd one you should never be beaten at your near post
Fuknose why we never have anyone on the posts as both goals would have been stopped if we had

Re: England's Joe Hart
Ive just argued for an hour with my brother about this, i dont think Joe to blame for either of the goals, my brother blamed him for both. Their is at least 20 goals a season like the first one, great free kick into the perfect spot so the keeper does'nt know what to do, he thinks the defender will head it and ultimately looks foolish. The second Milner just jumps out of the way, his fault.

Re: England's Joe Hart
why do you think hart put those guys in the wall?
if he wanted to cover his near post himself, he wouldn't have bothered with a wall.

Re: England's Joe Hart
Exactly, 2 man wall to guard the near post so than Hart can be ready if the ball's chipped in. Pocket Walcott decided to jump out of the way.
Re: England's Joe Hart
1st goal - have seen Hart save several of them for City, gambling on the defender missing it - but he probably thought with Rio in front of him he would clear it, didn't anticipate it and was too slow to react.....but very harsh to just blame Hart, Rio misjudged the flight of the ball.
2nd goal - if you put 2 players in a wall, you do so to cover the near post, to allow you to move into a more central position and cover more of the goal and allow you to see more of the ball. Now if the taker curls the ball around and over the top of the wall and into the net - fair enough, great free-kick. However, if both players in the wall separate at the second the ball is hit, i think Hart did a good job to at least get a foot to it. Walcott to blame - or Hart as well......he could have had a player on the near post as well, but not Hart's fault.
He is getting a bit of a slating in the press this morning - but what do you expect? Even stories of him telling a cameraman (who was chasing him at half time) to "piss off".
The good old press......hardly report on the fact that Hart had made 2 good saves prior to the first goal or Bent's woeful finishing, or the fact that the Players, player of the season was shite and kept giving the ball away, or the fact that Lampard was finished years ago!
Also - Glen Johnson is the wankest full back ive ever seen - roll on Micah!

Neil Ashton slagging off Hart on Talksport - well and truly outed as a lazy journo by Ian Danter and Alvin Martin.

Was listening to it aswell, fair play to Danter and Alvin Martin.
What a dick that Ashton made himself out to be, he piss poor excuse of the shit journalism regarding the England team, was him saying it was because the journalists care so much, is why they slag the players off??? What a twat!

Re: England's Joe Hart
Agreed! Funny when his defence was "we've not slated him"
Then Alvin read a piece by one of his journo's Paul Bascombe......."another one to join the list England keepers bloopers, Hart at fault for both goals, and so on and so on.
The insightful comment by Ashton was when he started off by saying "The cocky Joe Hart"
What a c*nt!
