After the march by Everton and Liverpool fans about ticket prices, let's hope we get a mention in the debate, on how we are at least a third to a half, cheaper than most PL clubs....considering the battering we've had off TS about FFP.

Some impartiality and objective balance would be good...for a change.

So.....the recent Everton/Liverpool protest, was acknowledged by the Everton protest leader, as being started after City fans complained over the £62 ticket prices at Arsenal.

Season ticket prices have risen by 762%.....which compared to year on year inflation, would put a pint of lager at £8.70 if beer had risen at the same rate.

I don't know how many CAT A games there are over a season, but on what PPLF has just posted, let's just say there were 6 for arguments sake....you're getting the rest of the home games for free Shaken...so yes, an absolute bargain IMO. Very Happy

Probably
But for supporters of those 6 clubs, that's our ticket prices
I go to every away game and that's what I'm paying this season £878 for 19 matches
Scandalous

Ahh, I see where you're coming from.

There seemed to be a consensus that away ticket prices should be capped at £25 across the whole PL.

£878 is scandalous, especially when you then take into account petrol, hotel, food etc etc....on top of your season ticket.

There used to be a big crowd of us who went to every match together but most have dropped off now, most pick and choose the odd away game but a few don't go at all any more and it's all down to cost

Sign of the times....either a protest vote or just the fact that times are hard.

A friend of my youngest supports Stoke (don't ask, bit decided a few years ago to support a PL team other than Chester City), and he goes to loads of away games with his dad and they provide free coaches to try and lower the costs....he must go to at least 10-12 away games every season.

I know most would prefer a train, but if it saves you £50-100 for two, it at leasts gets you to buy away tickets.

I wonder what percentage the stoke away following has increased ,if any, with the free away travel?

Wait... £33 for a child ticket? I don't care if it's a category A game, that is still far too high. They were a tenner last time I paid for one (and I'm sure the rags count as an A game) and they were a fiver for a long time. Cheek!

Everything has become way too expensive.  For the first time in several seasons I haven't bought the new city shirt. I look in the club shop and prices have skyrocketed over the last few years. That's the way of the world now.  Is there any going back? I don't think so.

£46 for a pensioner is way way to high too.

Good job i know someone at City, or i'd probably never go at those prices Wink
