Ah, it's a big news rumour. Everyone is watching TLB at the moment, after cakegate. Any sniff of a story is going to be all over the papers.

I won't change my opinion from the summer.

I'll never boo him and I hope he scores another 20...but his behaviour in the summer ruined his reputation in my eyes...and his performances have only exacerbated it.

He did his self no favours in the summer for sure but his performances have not really been terrible, it's all been a bit exaggerated in my opinion, he is a good player. How quickly we forget what is was like to have truly awful players!

If we get offered good money for him, we should take it I say. That said, a lot can happen between now and then.....he may well be on fire come January, so any good bids could be dismissed.

Maybe.....but we won't get anywhere near what we could have in the summer if he fucks around for the next 3 months.

I think we could have had nearly £40m for him in the summer after last season....Jan or next summer, we'll be lucky to get £15-20m at 31/32.

The money doesn't matter, he doesn't want to be here, and even after the goal I still say get rid. It's tevez all over again his attitude is what is up with us this season, it simply puts us off our stride.

It usually is Bluey Rolling Eyes

Seriously though, unless he improves markedly over the season, he cam go for me. I'd have been happy for him to have left in the summer even though it may have screwed up our season a bit. We'd have bought someone else in, maybe broken the bank for Barkley or Pogba, but we'd have had someone busting a gut to be one of the best players in the world rather than a lolloper.

Sorry...I know some on here think I'm outspoken, but it's just my opinion.

I'll always try to respect what others think and maybe I am wrong in what I say....but I'll always stick by what I say, wrongly or rightly, and if I'm proved wrong, I'll apologise.

Just the way I am I'm afraid...and I won't change now. Very Happy

So my mum told me early on in life..."don't hold back, otherwise you're not being true to you or other people, but try to be diplomatic and allow others to have a differing opinion"....and that's the way I am...I think? Question

I'd never want to knowingly upset anyone...especially over football.

What he did and said over the summer was disgraceful - but no worse than what Tevez did - and as Tevez gave 100% every match ...  we mostly overlooked his shenanigans.  YaYa is not a greyhound as MCM said (made me laugh) and he does amble.  When he gets on a good run though he's unstoppable - and his free kicks last year were awesome.  I hope he shakes off whatever is under his skin.  I do think the press and pundits are being overly critical of him though - they love to have a go at us.  Shearer was particularly critical of us yesterday.  Amazing how they don't give Utd the same stick.

I agree with some of what you said there Wensdi. What Shearer said was laughable. We hit the post twice, their keeper made a couple of good saves and their defenders made 2 or 3 good blocks...but he thought we were poor?

Tevez....well that was my point in a previous post. For all his piss-taking with the club and Mancini, he came back and gave 100% for the club he wanted to leave....now if the rumours are true about TLF and PSG...then the least I expect until January is 100% from him and hopefully he gets his move.

If he doesn't give 100%, and there can be nobody on here that can say he has done this season, then he should be dropped, as minimal effort just isn't good enough.

When he goes on a run he is unstoppable...exactly, So he should be able to do that when going the other way...but he doesn't, which you then have to ask yourself why not?

Not just you Blue, can't stand anyone who doesn't feel privileged to wear the shirt.
If Messi signed for us and flounced around like that lanky knob, I would kick him out too.
Shown a lack of respect! My arse!

I just think the absolute minimum a player should be giving is 100%. That doesn't mean to say they will be on top form every week, we all have bad days at work, but as long as they come off the pitch and can say "I gave it everything"...then 99% of fans will accept that.

I just don't think he's giving anywhere near what's needed as the highest paid player at our club...and when you hear of fans not being able to turn up to support their club due to finances, and the money he's on, then for me, it's just unforgivable.

I'd have a tiny big of respect for him if he would have come out and apologised for his comments and attitude in the summer, but's he's still not issued an a apology. Or, he says it as it is...his form hasn't been great but he's doing everything he can to get match fit, sharper....whatever. But with him, it's just one excuse after another...and that's what pisses me off.
