It says that for a few weeks tickets have been made available on the black market by UEFA partner organisations. UEFA won't be investigating them so that's the end of it. It shouldn't be. A government somewhere should step in and tell UEFA to sort this out or they won't be welcome in their country. They are as bad as FIFA.
