City vs Bayern....do or die?

First topic message reminder :

So, we all know Zaba isn't playing, Navas instead of Jovetic, which may make sense.

CSKA and Roma drew 1-1 which no matter what happens tonight keeps us in with a shot....so no more incentive to give Bayern a good old seeing too, if we keep solid at the back.

I can see them relaxing and playing keep ball football, so we may not have the ball for large periods, but I also see Aguero getting in beyond their average back 4 and getting 2 goals.

2-1 City!!

Come on boys, time to step up and show the fans why you get paid so much money. No excuses, yes Bayern are superb, but so are we on our day!!

To be fair we were without 3 first team midfielders, no Kolarov and no Dzeko (thank God).  Take those 3 points - thank you.

Thought we played pretty well tonight
Thought Mangala had his best game. We pressed them well and were far more energetic than we have been for just all about all season
Bayern didnt have many chances & yes they only had 10 men & had a few out but so did we & lets be honest we haven't a great deal of luck in the competition so far so to snatch a win out of the jaws of defeat was pretty fooking good

And Aguero is simply magnificent !!!

I just watched it - after work and I did not think we were that bad either.  Clichy and Nasri both had a good game and I thought the rest of them did okay too considering our chief playmakers were not there.  Well done Jovetic for nodding on for Aguero and for intercepting Boateng's pass.  We always do it this way .... QPR all over again.

Forgot to ask - why are we sitting at the Bottom of our group when our GD is -1 and CSKA and Roma is -4?

Cska have a better head to head record with us for starters. GD doesn't come into it unless the head and to head is the same

Even if we had a better head to head record too, UEFA would still change the rules at the last minute to knock us out
