FFS....what are the club stalling on?
Give him 5 years if he wants it and pay him £100k pw.

I guess City are reluctant to agree to the 4 year wage demand for a 29 year old who will be 33 in that 4th year and who could be less effective or more injury prone which happens as players get older. Hence the club's offer of a 3 year deal?

For the sake of 1 year...and how often is Milner injured?
£80k pw is peanuts...Jovetic and Dzeko must be on more than that and they're both shite.

He's worth more than that when u look at what the others are on
If we're not careful sum 1 will turn his head and offer 100,000 plus

Just give him the extra year, for God's sake! He'll still be better at 33 than some are right now. And he's never injured.

I think this standoff (if there is one) is a bit of a joke considering some players got mega deals worth £200k+/pw.
I'm pretty sure if Milner sticks to his guns he'll get a deal that suits him more than it does City.
