Sterling and Wilshere
So, we have Rogers coming out and stating that Sterling won't be allowed to leave this summer and that he'll lose millions if he doesn't sign.
Really? What about his signing on fee and wages that will go from £35k pw to £150k pw?
Now Wenger is saying they won't offer Wilshere a new deal on his £90k pw salary and he won't entertain City's interest.
City are reportedly ready to offer Wilshere £150k pw....Sanchez is the highest paid Arsenal player on £140k pw.
I can see City going after these two in the summer....whether we like them or not. Both are English, both are young and both would currently get into our first 11 if bought.
Add to that Barkley....and we'd have no change out of £120m.
This will probably leave us with about £100m left to buy a marquee name or 2 top class strikers.
With Pogba's agent having talks with Barca about a move in 2016 - I can't see him coming to us if they are interested.
I'd still like us to go after Lacazette from Lyon or Bale.

Re: Sterling and Wilshere
Our summer signings have to be a combination of a marquee signing (or two), the best young English players available and filling weak positions.
I wouldn't say no to Sterling and Barkley for our young English talent, Bale or Lacazette and a bloody good left back(Coentrao) and CB (Varane).
Hart
Zabba, Kompany, Varane, Coentrao
Sterling, Barkley, Silva, De Bruyne
Aguero, Lacazette
