City seeded in potty 2 for CL next year

According to the MEN, City will be seeded in pot 2 next season, meaning we can't get Real Madrid (unless they win their league).
I think that in pot 1 we'll find the winners of the following leagues:
Spain (Barca)
England (Chelsea)
Germany (Munich)
Italy (Juventus)
Portugal (probably Benfica)
France (PSG)
Russia (Zenit)
Netherlands (PSV)

I heard that pot 1 was the winners from the 7 top UEFA rated leagues and the winner of the CL this season. Not sure how that works of the winner is also the league winner, maybe the league runner up is promoted to the top pot.

From what I read Leo, Madrid won't be promoted to pot 1. It should be the next league from the list.
