So, Viera claims that Pogba will be better than he was. It's rumoured that City are working behind the scenes on a £80m deal which may come down to whether City pursue Brazilian left back Sandro from Porto.
Juventus want him and City have been monitoring him for a while (£17.5m), but it's said that City will pull out of the chase if Juventus allow them to sign Pogba.
Sort of a win win really. Lose out on Pogba, get a decent left back. Lose out on the left back, get Pogba.
The deal may also be influenced on whether di Maria asks for a move to PSG. PSG will then drop their interest in Pogba.
