If fit, will Clichy, Zab, Aguero or Nasri get a start this weekend?

This is how i'd like to see City start.

Sorry i disagree, Serge looked very rusty when he came on at WB and imo we can't afford to look non existent up top with him being the lone striker.

Zaba can't be 100% fit.

He'd be up against Hazard in his first match back.

Of course we'd all like our best team out on Sunday, but it's only the 2nd game of the season. Yes, beat Chelsea and we go 5 clear of them, but lose Zaba or Sergio to injury for 5/6 weeks....then I'd be less happy.

I'm only looking at the next game. Maybe starting Zabba and Aguero is too much, but I want at least Aguero to start.

The thing is, we've seen whenever Sergio is rushed back, he breaks down - and invariably, is out for 4/5 weeks.

Bugger, just transferred him in as my captain for FF. I knew it was a risk but, if he scores, his value will go up and I can't afford him. He could come off the bench and bag a brace and he might cost £13.5M next week instead of £13M.

We have indeed.  And then he spends the entire season in and out of the team as he's rushed back and gets injured again.  If he's ever going to hit 30 goals in the PL, he needs bringing back when he's fully fit so, like last year, he gets a good run of games without breaking down.

It would help if we had another capable striker to fill in for him whilst he gets back to full strength.

TBF, I think for this game, Bony could be the ideal person. He's quick and strong against Terry and Cahill. I think Sergio is a loss as Terry said he hated playing against him because of his movement, but I think now we have Sterling, Terry will be shitting himself at the prospect Sterling's pace getting behind him, which may make them sit deeper, allowing Silva to pull the strings.

we can still bring serge on with 30 mins or so left if need be, I don't think we need to tamper too much with the side that beat west Brom, if anything too much chop & changing last season cost us especially in defence.

I agree stick with the same team, let Bony hold the ball up play in Sterling and silva and Sterling will run them ragged and then bring Sergio on when they are tired with 30 mins to go

Id have Fernando instead of Navas. Mourinho will park a very large bus and the MF battle will need to be won
Other than that same team as last week

Fernando and Delph are the only 2 injuries out..

Oh right Well I'd put Clichy at LB and Kolarov in MF then
MF needs strengthening against Chelsea
