Yeah, like that line-up. Only thing I can see wrong with it, is the fact that they have no Terry or Cahill...so no doubt Luiz will play at CB, maybe with Ivanovich.....so Jovetic may struggle for height with those two....and with Kolorov's crossing ability, I'd possibly add in Dzeko or Negredo instead, as Luiz is pants at CB and in the air.

a. It wd be a big F Off to Mourino
b. There is only 1 big threat left in the Cup - Goons or dippers so we cd go all the way again
c. I cant see us going all the way in the CL

Let's hope Maureen rests players but can't see it because they gave no CL next week. Not convinced about this one but we so need that win.

Jovetic needs to shine.....he's played OK'ish, but time now after 3 or 4 games he puts in a big one and stamps his arrival....Dzeko MUST take any chances that come his way.....but glad we are playing with a target man who may cause their CB's some problems....

So, they line up with a 4-5-1.....pretty much matches our team.

Therefore, Silva, Toure and Jovetic are going to be key...let Milner roam when he needs to and sit when Yaya goes.

Need a 'massive' one from Yaya today....and with Garcia and Milner playing.....seems that MP has finally given him a license to get forward...looks a nice balanced team.

yeah, Dzeko needs to get into that box....the one area Milner can cross it into....and he's too slow to get there.

Good finish from Jovetic....but he has to stop giving the ball away so cheaply...

These are primed to be hit on the break.....and every time....our strikers have been too slow to get into positions and we've had to slow it back down again....

Maybe, considering they will have to come out at us......at some point, Dzeko off, Jovetic up front and Navas wide on the right, pushing Milner on the left.

Silva's been brilliant tonight...as has YAYA!!

Brilliant by 4 key players tonight:

Kompany was immense

Silva on a different planet

Yaya did everything we've asked for both in attack and defence

and........I thought Garcia was excellent in his role.....I know, I know..........credit where it's due.....superb tonight.

Good to see Jovetic get on the score sheet...and Super Sammy.......wow, he's class.....

Also.....a massive mention to 2 unsung heroes:

1. Clichy was excellent going forward and back to his best defensively

2. Lezza....got to be NO DOUBT he is the best pairing for Vinny....thought he was brilliant tonight.

I thought we were magnificent overall. We gave them a bit of an easy ride the first 20 minutes or so by not pressing the ball enough and they were passing it around comfortably.

When we hit them, we hit them hard and fast. Some of the one touch stuff in the 2nd half was unbelievable and no team could live with that.

Lezza had one dodgy moment, but he did his job really well. No nonsense defending.

Nasri has this ability to just stand there over the ball, not moving, just threatening to move and the opposition player just stops, not knowing what to do. Then he moves or passes the ball and it's too late for the defender. I loved it.

Just hoping that Fernandinho can sneak through to play against Barca.
