& your team beats them, does that mean that your team then becomes the best club side in world?
A bit like when we were kids playing conkers, your conker beats a "58er" so it then becomes a "59er"

Using your logic then ONH, seeing as we are historically unbeaten against Barcelona, that makes us a much bigger club than them and makes us the best club side in the world.

Well if we are unbeaten against Barca,indirectly that makes Everton the no 1 doesn't it?

Did you ever see that documentary about New York Cosmos? Their old manager was whingeing becuse he reckoned that the Cosmos were the best team in the world having beaten Real Madrid and AC Milan in a pre-season tournament and reckoned they didn't receive enough credit for it.

Can't wait to watch Scholes playing against NY Cosmos on the 5th of Aug. It's gonna be his last game for Man Utd and I'm really hyped up about it.

We beat Barca in their own back yard a few years ago and it was considered to be a meaningless result by the slobbering masses across the Irwell. Now United win in a pre season game and yet this is somehow more meaningful in the minds of the exact same people.

We beat Barca in 2009 with Messi on the pitch and Ben Haim in defence!
Plus, Owen scored for you lot. Barca obviously let you win in some sort of sarcastic mocking.

If you want to dig up the past, John Macken only ever scored about 7 goals for us, but one of them was in a 4-1 home romping of you lot which also featured goals from Blobbie Fowler and Trevor Sinclair, shameless!
