How many loan players can a club have from another club?

I thought you could only have one loan player from another club in your division. If so, how could spuds possibly think they could get tevez?
and why does harry have to talk about tevez's wages, shouldn't that be confidential?

He was talking about buying Tevez. Yeah, like that was ever going to happen with their wage cap. They couldn't make all of Adebayor's wages, they'd have no chance of getting Tevez.
