... So it would seem. The Mail reckon the Nasri transfer will be completed before weekend, and apparently this is straight from the horses mouth as Samir announced on Facebook:

I'm sure anyone who remembers that old tactic of playing in triangles will agree that 'Silva', 'Aguero', and 'Nasri' has a nice ring to it. Now Cook and Marwood can spend the remainder of the window trying to shift some of that deadwood!

I actually felt a bit sorry for Arsenal tonight - they just couldn't get it together against Udinese - but it soon passed when I thought of Nasri in a City shirt:cheers:

Yeah I heard it's not actually him that said it, was a bit wary putting my faith in the comments as you never know with social media, any luck and we'll have him by weekend though, I can't see him playing another game for Arsenal.

How the mighty have fallen, I remember when we just came back up into the Premier League and going to the home games against Arsenal everyone knew we wouldn't leave with a single point - the 5-1 beating at Maine Road is one I remember in particular, a lot of blues didn't even mind because it was just great to watch them play, now I think Spurs could even finish above them this season.
