Re: Mangala having a medical at...
another loan deal.
These loans should have been done weeks ago - and most should have been sales. Obviously, we want them off the books and on the last day - clubs have the upper hand...so can negotiate a loan rather than a sale, as they know we need to offload them.

Yaya is the new Danny Mills. Sitting on his arse for £220K a week.
With maybe just a little inflation thrown in

Re: Mangala having a medical at...
He was totally useless for England on Sunday, it was just like every City game he played last season bar the hat trick game.
A pacey break by England, the ball is played wide to Sterling who bombs up the park until confronted by the full back. Rather than take him on and use his pace, he slows the game down giving the other team time to get back and then passes the ball backwards to a midfielder, fucking clueless out wide.
Pep maybe sees him as effective in a more central role and the first few games he has looked better.
Personally i think there are much better players than Raheem out there especially for £50m

Re: Mangala having a medical at...
He wasn't great last year...but who was under MP?
He started the season on fire last year...and he's started well again. I can't see Pep allowing his effort to drop off this season.
As for England....again, who was great the other night? He got the ball out wide, but every time he looked up, Kane was outside the box with nobody else supporting him....what's he supposed to do, beat 4 defenders, lose the ball and then everyone gets on his back, or play a simple pass and start again?
Remember, he didn't put the £50m price tag on his head - LFC did.

Re: Mangala having a medical at...
Kane is a nightmare in an England shirt, Sturridge and Rashford were on the bench and Kane hardly produced a single effort on goal. Sturridge got about 10 mins eventually

Kane is the establishment....the yids will always keep their place and the press will always love them
Any City player will always be villified
Thats the way of the world according to the sun.

I still don't understand why Spuds make such a point of identifying themselves by religion.

Yeah, but it's slightly different with them, as there's a clear divide between Catholics/Protestants...there's none of that in London.
